In a previous article I talked about a [Microsoft Teams Meeting vs a Microsoft Teams Live event](https://www.techielass.com/teams-meeting-or-teams-live). Today I want to talk about how to set up a Microsoft Teams Live event and what the different options you are presented with mean.

Microsoft Teams Live events allow you to present to a large scale audience internally or externally to your organisation, it is in effect Microsoft Teams' streaming platform. The Live events feature is available to anyone that has an [Office 365 E1](https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/business/office-365-enterprise-e1-business-software?activetab=pivot%3aoverviewtab&WT.mc%5Fid=techielass-blog-salean&ref=techielass.com) or above license.

There are a lot of different settings to think about when setting up your Teams Live event and in this video I walk you through those settings.
